Refund policy

Welcome to VYNZO.STORE. Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

✔ The item must be unused and unworn
✔ The item must be in its original condition
✔ Original packaging and tags must be intact
✔ Return request must be made within [7 / 14] days of delivery


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

✖ Used or worn items
✖ Items damaged by the customer
✖ Items without original tags
✖ Clearance / Sale items (unless defective)
✖ Innerwear or personal items (for hygiene reasons)


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us:

Include the following details:

✔ Order number
✔ Reason for return
✔ Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.


4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

✔ Refunds will be processed within [5–10 business days]
✔ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Note: Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.


5. Return Shipping

✔ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is defective)
✔ We recommend using a trackable shipping service
✔ We are not responsible for lost returns


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

✔ A damaged item
✔ An incorrect product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges are available for:

✔ Size issues
✔ Items in stock
